Dr. Christian Kapteyn
Christian has been driving digital innovation for over 15 years and has substantial experience as strategy consultant, serial entrepreneur, advisor, mentor, and coach for global technology companies such as Siemens, Volkswagen, Osram, and thyssenkrupp, as well as for numerous digital ventures and start-ups. He is an expert on digital transformation in industry (Industry 4.0), innovative business models, and corporate venture creation.
Christian has a background in semiconductor physics. He is enthusiastic about bridging the gap between developing innovative technology and digital strategy towards realizing a sustainably successful business.
Dr. Sven Beiker
Sven is a mobility expert for topics including autonomous driving, electric mobility, connectivity, and new business models. His consulting focuses on strategy, market analysis, and product roadmaps. He has more than 20 years experience in consulting and management, e.g. with McKinsey, Stanford University, and BMW.
Svens background is in mechanical engineering. He works and lives in the Silicon Valley since 2003.
Claas has a background in business information systems and organizational psychology; he has been supporting large and small organizations in strategy development, change management in the digital transformation, re-organization and cultural change for more than 15 years.
He is also a guest lecturer at several business schools (e.g. ESCP Europe and BSP Business School Berlin) teaching change management, managing complexity, and digital leadership. He integrates both technology enhanced learning and analog learning methods.
Since more than 35 years, “effective communication” runs like a continuous thread through Thomas professional career. This subject has always fascinated him thoroughly – as creative director in international agencies, as managing director of marketing agencies in Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Berlin, or as management consultant. His focus is brand-specific communication and smart-data-based target customer marketing. As a high school teacher by education, eLearning and digitally enhanced didactics are currently among his favourite topics.
He has been working for numerous high-profile customers such as Volkswagen, Citibank, American Express, Mitsubishi, and Thomas Cook.
